Refund policy

General Return Policy: 

All sales are final after ten (10) days.

Returned items must be received within ten (10) days for a store credit, exchange, full refund or gift certificate.

For a return, I will email an insured, return label

All items must be returned to me with a receipt, and in original condition-not damaged, modified or worn. 

Store credit and gift certificates do not expire.

Layaway returns are eligible for in store credit only.

Holiday Return Policy:

Holiday gifts purchased in December are eligible for a store credit, exchange, full refund, or gift certificate through December 31st.

Please Note:

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account  (typically 3-5 business days). 

I don not process refunds for items damaged in shipping.  Please file a claim with the carrier.
