Circa 1910. A most distinctive floral brooch from the arts and crafts era. The center flower is carved from carnelian stone and is accented by leaves carved from an opal doublet and chalcedony. The stones are prong set onto a silver base.
The reverse of the brooch has a wonderful surprise; a flower design done in silver.
This lovely brooch measures 2 inches long by 1.25 inches at the widest point/ center flower.
