Circa 1915 Edwardian platinum and diamond ring set with GIA cert. 1.52 carat Old Mine Cut Diamond
Circa 1915. Stunning and ethereal. A beautiful Edwardian era platinum marquise shaped ring, centered by a 1.52 carat Old Mine Cut diamond, GIA certified with a SI1 clarity and K color.
To the north and south, of the mine cut diamond, is a round transitional brilliant cut diamond; (.40ctw), and two bead set single cut diamonds.
The side/shoulders of the ring are bead set with 3 single cut diamonds (0.10ctw).
The sparkle in this Old Mine Cut diamond is absolutely gorgeous. Certainly a one of a kind engagement ring. Or, an exquisite ring to add to your antique ring collection.
The ring is handmade. The engraving on the shank is in fine detail.... evocative of the time period, demonstrating an era of craftsmanship and artistry only found in antique pieces.
