Circa 1930's Diamond Engagment Ring with 0.22 carat Old European Cut Diamond VS1 clarity G color

Very pretty circa 1930's filigree engagment ring in 18KT white gold. The ring is centered with a prong set Old European cut diamond. Channel set on the east and west sides of the center stone is a rectangular faceted top synthetic sapphire. The ring measured 6.60mm wide and 6.10mm tall at the top, tapering to 0.60mm wide and 1.0mm thick at the bottom of the shank.

This lovely engagement ring is approximately a size 7 and can be sized.
